Finding a Research Supervisor

The first step in the process of applying for a research program in the Faculty of Life and Social Sciences is to secure a supervisory team for your research project.

Your supervisory team will consist of a coordinating supervisor and an associate supervisor.

You can find an overview of the research activities and research interests of staff within the Faculty of Life and Social Sciences, listed by discipline, below.

Once you have found a staff member with research interests aligned with your own, you are invited to contact them to discuss your proposed thesis.

Once contact has been made with a potential supervisor, who has interest and availability to supervise your proposed research, you are welcome to make a formal application.
