Adolescent Case Management is a tailored 2-3 day training program for year level coordinators, student welfare coordinators and school leadership teams. The program teaches staff how to use basic counselling skills, effectively deal with student case management, provide appropriate intervention, improve record-keeping and build a preventative culture.
