Conflict Management

Conflict Management is a interactive workshop designed to provide participants with the skills to respond adaptively to difficult situations, such as conflict in the work place, interacting with parents and working with students in the classroom. Participants in the program complete a variety of psychometric tests and receive feedback on their results from facilitators to develop a realistic understanding of their own behaviour, the way that they deal with conflict, their preferred conflict mode and communication style. Those who complete this workshop learn how to communicate and cope more effectively, creating a more understanding and cohesive workplace and enriching the interpersonal relationships of participants beyond the workplace.
