Psychological Treatment for Bipolar Disorder

Help is on the way: Support for individuals, couples and families in the community

The Mental Health Research Institute and St Vincent's Hospital have developed a group based psychological treatment for Bipolar Disorder. In 2009 this treatment will be made available to the public on a low cost basis though the Swinburne University Psychology Clinic.

Program DetailsBipolar Group Workbook
The Bipolar Group runs over 2-hours, once a week, over 12 consecutive weeks. The program includes three follow up sessions which are held after the initial 12 sessions of the group therapy program.
