  • Strategies for Success at Swinburne
    Students are welcome to attend Strategies for Success at Swinburne lectures which will provide some practical ideas about ways you can succeed in your studies.
  • “Privacy: The tradeoffs in the information age”
    How much is our privacy worth? What tradeoffs are acceptable when it comes to sharing personal information? Experts will discuss the impact of these issues on society, technology and consumers.
  • DataBlitz 2013
    This month's DataBlitz with be featuring Dr Christime Agius, Dr Julie Kimber and Dr Diane Sivasubramaniam on the topic of crime and security.
  • Postgraduate Psychology Information Evening
    This session will provide an overview of the highly competitive psychology postgraduate course options available at Swinburne. It will cover all further study in psychology.
  • Swinburne Visiting Researcher Scheme Seminar
    Dr. Guosong Lai from the Department of Chemistry, Hubei Normal University, China, will be giving a seminar on “Functionalized Nanoprobes for Ultrasensitive Electrochemical Immunosensing”.

  • Top Student Award Evening 2012
    On Friday 5 October, we celebrated the achievements of the Faculty's top students at a cocktail party in ATC 101. The Dixon Top Student Award was also announced on the night - Meredith Allen, a Psychology student. Congratulations to all of our high achieving students! View photos

  • Postgraduate Studies in Psychology Information Session. This session covered all further study in psychology, from 4th year courses (Honours and Postgraduate Diploma of Psychology) to Masters and Doctorate options, as well as our courses in Human Services Counselling and Family Therapy.
