Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) Facility

The Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) facility at Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne was established in 2003 and is part of the Australian Centre for Emerging Technologies and Society.

We specialise in designing and conducting high quality telephone surveys for academic, government and private organisations.

We also provide research services to Swinburne staff and students:

Staff

The CATI facility draws on the cross-disciplinary expertise of the Australian Centre for Emerging Technologies and Society (ACETS), a team of senior researchers from sociology, psychology and media.

The research team use their extensive experience in conducting research and teaching research methods to provide expert advice on your research project.
