Inter-library loans login help

Please check your borrower category to see what conditions apply to you.

If you are eligible to request an inter-library loan and you still can't log in, the following information may help:

Are you entering your ID number?

This is located on your Swinburne staff/student ID card and is found below your picture and above the barcode. Enter your login for an inter-library loan request like this: 2345678 or 234567X (do not include the U and first number).

New eligible student or staff, or forgotten you PIN?

Contact the inter-library loans staff on 9214 8250 for PIN details.

Are you general staff or sessional staff?

You will need to register for access. Email ill@swin.edu.au and include in your email:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your Swinburne ID number
  • Which faculty or department
  • Which campus
  • Phone extension or mobile number
  • Internal faculty mail number
