research in intelligent
agents, mobile agents and multi-agent systems, focusing on autonomous
negotiation and decision-making, coordination and adaptation
mechanisms, and their applications in building and managing open,
large-scale, distributed systems such as service-oriented systems,
virtual enterprises, collaborative e-business and smart environments.
