STUDENT FEES

Open offers

An open offer is where a student applies to IAESTE and the position is sourced by IAESTE for the student.

Refund Policy

	The deposit is non-refundable
	If the employer does not accept the application $385 (inclusive of GST) is refunded
	If the position is cancelled by the employer after application $385 (inclusive of GST) is refunded
	If you withdraw after application to the employer the full fee is forfeited

Reserved offers

Where a student has secured a position overseas and a working visa is required, IAESTE Australia can arrange this for a fee of $495 (inclusive of GST).

Please note that there may be an additional visa fee required by some Embassies. The organisation and payment of this will be the responsibility of the student.

EMPLOYER FEES

There are two categories of fees for employers who have sourced an overseas student and request help with the organisation of a visa for that student.

	The employer already participates in the IAESTE program by taking an open offer student
	The employer does not already participate in the IAESTE program and wants to utilise the visa arrangement service only
