A small management group has been set up for the Hub, including representation from Swinburne Professional Learning, IT Services, Facilities and the Library. We are currently developing the policies of use that will be specific to the Hub. We welcome feedback from students and staff about any aspect of the working rules of the space. This includes:

• Application of the standard campus rules about use of rooms
• Possibilities for student involvement in the running of the space (possibilities for a student committee, student representation on the management group and how the representative might be chosen and communication channels)
