A nested Letter of Completion (LOC) is for postgraduate students enrolled in a program that has stages.
For example, a student enrolled in the Master of Information Technology (IT) can apply for a nested LOC to show that s/he has completed their graduate certificate or graduate diploma stages. In this case, the student will not need to apply for graduation, just a nested LOC to show successful stage completion, provided they are continuing on with their studies to a higher level of award.
Conditions for turnaround time and urgent application are the same as a normal LOC.

You can apply if your current program is not yet complete. Swinburne will issue a conditional offer and you submit your final results before or during enrolment.
If you have received a conditional offer, you must fulfil the conditions(s) stated in your offer. The type of evidence you must submit depends on the condition/s as listed on your letter of offer.
Examples include:
Graduates with outstanding results in a relevant qualification may be eligible to apply for admission with ‘Advanced Standing.’
Students receive credits for some or all units already studied, thereby reducing the time needed to complete a qualification.
