Staff Intranet

Login

To access the Staff Intranet you need to log in with your OPAX number and password.

Your OPAX number can be found on your Swinburne staff ID card
(circled in red in the picture)

Your password, (depending on when you last syncronised your Swinburne Identity Management System passwords) will beeither:

  • your SIMS password (the one you log on to your computer at work with).
  • your OPAX password (the one you used to access your email prior to introduction of SIMS)

 

If neither of your passwords work, you will have to update your SIMS entry. Visit My Swinburne and log in with your SIMS username and password.(the one you log on to your computer at work with) Select "SIMS Password Change" from the navigation menu on the left and proceed to change your password. This will change all of your passwords tied to the SIMS system, including your OPAX password and this new password will allow you access to the Intranet.
