This program offers eligible post graduate students the opportunity to fast track their studies overseas by taking 2 intensive Leadership units overseas within only 4 weeks. Participants will study “Building Financial Relationships” and “The Ethical Leader”.

What is Leadership Studies?
The traditional concept that leadership skill resides solely with a small handful of top executives has given way to contemporary collaborative models, where influence and decision-making authority are distributed throughout an organization.

Today's workforce continues to diversify, and the tasks to be accomplished have become more complex. Northeastern's Leadership courses are designed to assist today's leaders and prepare emerging leaders in meeting these challenges. This program incorporates an action-learning approach that is intended to leverage the interdisciplinary backgrounds of participants to help build leadership competencies.

Units
Building Financial Relationships investigates the development, pricing and marketing of financial products by institutions at a global level. Together students will explore these concepts in a real world context. The Ethical Leader is a unit that explores the way leaders confront ethical dilemmas in the current global economy. Students will examine case studies and current events to understand the outcomes and decisions associated with ethical dilemmas before developing a personal model for ethical leadership. It is compulsory for students participating in the Global Leadership in Boston program to undertake BOTH units at Northeastern.

Participating in this program is an excellent opportunity to expand your knowledge within the field of leadership and challenge yourself by participating in an American program while working with pioneers in their field at the prestigious Northeastern University. Not only will you be academically challenged but you will also be able to experience Boston’s vast cultural resources and get a taste of life and study in the USA.
