Swinburne University offers our undergraduate students the opportunity to participate in international programs.

Education Abroad

Education Abroad Programs (EAP) enable groups of students to undertake studies at an overseas university for credit towards their Swinburne program.

Undergraduate students in the Bachelor of Aviation, Bachelor of Aviation (Management), and those undertaking the double degree with Bachelor of Business can apply to undertake a semester of study at The College of Aviation, Western Michigan University as exchange students. This would normally be undertaken in the fourth academic semester of your program.

The Education Abroad Program is a tremendous opportunity for Swinburne students to internationalise their academic experience. Students returning from a semester spent abroad find the program a great stimulus to their continuing studies and their general outlook on life.

The College of Aviation, Western Michigan University offers world class professional aviation programs, which are in the top 3 university aviation programs in the USA. Join them at a top institution in the beautiful and historic city of Kalamazoo. Swinburne strongly encourages you to consider this exciting opportunity.

Further information about Education Abroad and partner universities is available from the Education Abroad website.
