Lunchtime Express Vinyasa Yoga Class

Wellbeing@Swin invites you to experience the mental benefits of yoga while strengthening, challenging and transforming your body.
It's free for students and staff every Wednesday from 12.15 to 1pm in the multipurpose room in the SR building.
Bookings aren't required. Just turn up!
The class will be taken by Danielle Dunn, a certified yoga teacher and Swinburne staff member.
What to bring
Wear comfortable exercise gear. Mats are available or you can bring your own.
