Mindfulness improves stress, anxiety and impulse control.

Enhance your ability to learn and most importantly, relax. Gain the tools you need to practice being mindful in your everyday life through this workshop run by Isabell Mitsel. 

Weekly sessions commencing on Monday 30 April.
