When you join the workforce you need to communicate effectively and professionally with management, colleagues and customers.
International students can struggle to understand the Australian workplace expectations and communication protocols.
This seminar will give you insights into:
- communicating effectively with senior managers, line managers, colleagues and junior staff
- informal conversation
- meeting protocols
- building relationships
- telephone communication.
This seminar features Jill Noble, a noted author, careers and HR expert. Jill is an entertaining and dynamic speaker who specialises in teaching workplace communication skills.
