About the talk
It's no secret that businesses are feeling mounting pressure to do the right thing enviromentally and adopt sustainable practices. More and more business leaders are using their status to become vocal advocates for positive change. Drawing on his career experience, James will discuss how the enviro dial has shifted and what forces are waking up the business sector from its slumber. The talk will be followed by drinks, refreshments and networking.
About James
James has 25 years experience working across the environmental, sustainability, and climate change sectors. He is currently the CEO of CitySmart, an organisation focused on driving positive environmental, community, and business change with active projects across the climate change, energy, waste and transport sectors. Prior to this, James was the Managing Director of CO2 Australia, a leading environmental services business, with a focus on carbon project development, climate change, land management and environmental consulting.
