Physics Courses

An Physics major or minor in the Bachelor of Science undergraduate degree is being offered as a course of study commencing in Semester 1, 2012 as part of Swinburne's Flexible Degree Structure. In addition the Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma, Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy are also available.

Swinburne operates one of the largest online astronomy education programs, Swinburne Astronomy Online. This program concentrates on the fundamental concepts of and key issues in contemporary astronomy. It is designed for amateur astronomers, science educators and communicators, people working in astronomy related fields, and anyone with a love of astronomy and a need to understand more about what is being discovered in contemporary astronomical research.
