How to trim silence from an audio file exported from Garageband

Garageband is great for quickly making loops but it has recently started adding silence to the start and end of audio files it exports, which makes it difficult to keep the sounds in sync when playing them back in other applications. This tutorial will show you how to trim the audio files in Soundtrack Pro so they are the same length and will loop properly.
