Maya Rigging - Rigging a biped character for animation (maya 2010+)

Hi steven.Its very amazing tutorial but where is the "smooth bind" and "paint weight" training parts .I think those are the main parts of the rigging process but you leave those :( .can we have those training ? thanks.
