Valerie is currently a full time lecturer in the Interior Design program. As a registered Architect Valerie has worked professionally in the briefing, design and project management aspects of institutional and private buildings. She has also practised interior design, and has curated exhibitions in Design, exhibited her painting, and published numerous reviews on Architecture and Interior Design.
Valerie's teaching career has spanned Honours Design and Studio Practice at all levels at Swinburne and includes Professional Context, Construction Technology and Communication Design. She has taught both Interior Design and Architecture at The University of Melbourne, RMIT, Deakin University and Wellington University.
