Ray is a Senior Lecturer of the Communication Design program.
He is also the IP Mentor for the Communication Design program. He has worked extensively in South East Asia, spending ten years as a creative director in Singapore and Indonesian advertising industries. Ray has been instrumental in establishing links with other institutions in the South East Asian region.
In 2005, Ray was an inaugural winner of the prestigious Carrrick Australia Award for an outstanding contribution to student learning in university teaching.
In the same year he led the Communication Design team which was awarded the Vice Chancellor's Certificate of Commendation for Excellence in Teaching.
