Emily Lectures in Communication Design. Emily has worked extensively in areas covering publishing, brand identity, packaging, environmental design and web design. Her career in the Communication Design industry spans over 15 years and includes varied stints around the globe including Mexico, the USA, the UK and Australia.
Currently her research interests include areas of human-centred design; such as design and emotion, sustainable design and design education. Her PhD thesis, focusing on how user research can be better applied in packaging design practice, is currently under examination.
