Lucy Miceli

Lucy joined Design Centre, as Communication Design Manager in January 2005. Lucy has been a design professional for 20 years having graduated form RMIT University with a Bachelor of Arts, Visual Communication in 1985. Lucy has also completed a Post-Graduate Bachelor of Education at The University of Melbourne and has been actively involved in post-secondary design education since 1992.
Lucy has extensive industry experience and has worked as a graphic designer, in a range of design studios. In 2000, Lucy established her own design practice, designing and managing a diverse variety of communication design projects. Lucy also has as strong interest in the relationship between culture, design process and decision-making. Lucy is currently undertaking a Masters of Education at The University of Melbourne where she is researching how the influence of culture manifests itself in the design practice of international students in Australian Universities.
