Study Tours
Study Tours organised by the Faculty of Design provide you with the opportunity to experience another culture, a different type of design education and the chance to expand your international networks.
Typical study tours last between 3 and 5 weeks, consist of 10 to 15 students and are conducted during the Summer and Winter breaks.

Treviso 2012
Proposed Dates: 16 June 2012 to 14 July 2012
The Treviso 2012 study tour program is open to 1st, 2nd and 3rd year students studying in any Film or Design discipline. This tour is predominantly focused on Italian cinema & Italian neorealism cinema as a contemporary production methodology.

USA 2012
San Francisco: 8-18 June 2012
New York: 19-29 June 2012
The USA 2012 study tour program is open to 2nd and 3rd year students studying Communication Design. Students from other disciplines are welcome to apply but it should be noted that the visits, projects and learning outcomes will be focussed on communication design.
The tour will provide opportunities to attend events at the San Francisco Design Week, studios, galleries and other design institutions in San Francisco and New York City. Further details and costs will be available in February 2012.
