Accommodation Package

  • Full Year: Jan/Feb 2012 - Minimum 50 weeks
  • Semester 1: Up to 15 July 2012 - Minimum 25 weeks
  • Semester 2: From 15 July 2012 - Minimum 25 weeks
  • Short Term & Trial Stay: 01 Dec 2011 – 15 Feb 2012 (Conditions apply)

Other Fees:

  • Reservation Fee of $170.00 (once off payment)
  • Departure Cleaning Fee of $120.00
  • Security Deposit of $1,000.00
    Security Deposit will be held until a resident moves out and will be drawn to repair damages/ replace missing inventory (if any)
  • Community Spirit Program of $55.00 per semester or $100.00 per year

Booking

  • Complete and lodge the Application Form online. All mandatory questions must be answered to successfully lodge the application
  • To confirm your reservation a AUD$500 Deposit must be paid. It is non refundable in case of cancellation. Upon arrival, this deposit will be credited to your security deposit
  • At the start of your agreement, the remaining Security Deposit is required together with your Reservation Fee, Community Spirit Program, Departure Clean and Accommodation Fee.  Your Accommodation Fee is due on the first day of each month and is to be maintained in credit for two (2) months in advance
  • On arrival, proof of identity is also required
