Your teacher not listed?

Don't stress! Faculties have attempted to list all the staff members that students may like to provide feedback on in each unit, however it is possible that some may have been missed.

If there is a staff member you would like to provide feedback on that isn't listed against your unit (or the right unit), you can provide feedback on this person in the comments of Part B (unit section) of the Student Feedback Survey only.

Please do NOT fill in Part A (teaching) of the SFS for a teacher not named on the form, or provide 'combined' feedback for more than one person. This part of the survey relates to the individual academic staff member named only.
