Q. How do I get access to the Statistics 'Swinburne Only' site?
A. This requires OPAX authentication. The username will be your 7-digit OPAX ID (indicated on your Staff Card) number and your SIMS password used to log on to the computer.
Enrolments versus Headcount
Q. What is the difference between enrolment versus headcount?
A. 'Enrolment' includes multiple enrolments of an individual within a reference year, which is more meaningful when populated along with courses information to reflect 'actual' numbers within a course. 'Headcount' represents an individual once in the reference year.
