Q. How do I get access to the Statistics 'Swinburne Only' site?

A. This requires OPAX authentication. The username will be your 7-digit OPAX ID (indicated on your Staff Card) number and your SIMS password used to log on to the computer. |

Q. What is the difference between enrolment versus headcount? |
|
| A. Enrolment includes multiple enrolments within a reference year. This data is normally more meaningful when populated along with courses information to reflect 'actual' numbers within a course. While 'headcount' represent individual once in the referenc year. and would normally populate/report of course information with highest level of eftsl within a reference year. |
