Level 1 Plans

The University Plan

The triennial University Plan is Swinburne's top level plan, and it sits above six other 'Level 1' strategic plans - for Higher Education, TAFE, Swinburne Research, International and Development, Student and Corporate Services, and Chancellery. All of these plans are structured in terms of a set of strategic goals together with 3-year outcome measures and detailed action, targets, accountabilities and timelines for the ensuing year.

The University collects performance information against the strategic goals, and both the plans and final reports can be downloaded here.
