SPQ Organisation Chart

The main responsibilities of the SPQ Unit are to:

  • deliver better integrated planning, reporting, stakeholder feedback, statistical and quality management services across TAFE, Higher Education, Swinburne College and Corporate units

  • manage the implementation of the University's planning framework

  • provide comprehensive reporting for key internal and external stakeholders, including the State and Federal Governments, the University Council and its committees and boards, and University management

  • lead the implementation and evolution of the University's quality management system

  • develop and implement procedures to gather and report feedback from a wide range of stakeholders

  • support all units within the University in audit, review and benchmarking processes

  • coordinate the annual Vice-Chancellor's Awards process
