SPQ Organisation Chart

The main responsibilities of the SPQ Unit are to:

• deliver better integrated planning, reporting, stakeholder feedback, statistical and quality management services across the TAFE, Higher Education and Corporate sectors

• manage the implementation of the new University planning framework

• provide comprehensive reporting for key internal and external stakeholders, including the State and Federal Governments, the University Council and the University Executive Group

• lead the development and implementation of a new quality management system for the University

• develop and implement procedures to gather and report feedback from a wide range of stakeholders

• support all units within the University in audit, review and benchmarking processes

• coordinate the annual Vice-Chancellor's Awards process
