Application
Procedure
Students requiring an original official result certificate need to apply to a Swinburne Student Information Centre. Students are entitled to one free official result certificate each semester.
You can lodge it by fax, mail or in person at any Student Information Centre at any Swinburne campus.
Information on lodgment is listed on the application form.
Note: To avoid delays, please remember to attach a photocopy of a photo ID (eg student card, drivers licence, passport) of yourself with your application unless you are lodging it in person. We will sight your photo ID when you show up in person.

Results certificates can generally be printed on the spot if you
present in person between 9.00am-5.00pm.

Other
Information
What is the difference between an Academic
Transcript and a Result Certificate?
Both documents are official Swinburne documents, printed on Swinburne
shield watermarked paper. If you have not graduated from your course
or do not require course completion details, you can apply for your
Results. The processing time for Results is shorter. If you are
eligible for your results (ie no monies outstanding etc) we can
produce your Results for you over the counter at any SIC.
