Student Records Online
Welcome to the Student Records Online Portal (SRO). The SRO system is a search tool introduced by Records Management Services to enable nominated staff at Swinburne University of Technology to view student records in a digital format. This system is designed to reduce the number of student records handled by Records Management Services, and make it more convenient for staff to view student records simultaneously at different campuses. The SRO system allows staff to search for student records by name and/or student number.
SRO University Staff Access
Before University staff requests a login to view the scanned student documents they need to check the Electronic Student Files Management Policy. Staff Members that require access to the SRO need to fill out the SRO Access Form, see below, and fax it or email it to RMS. Please note that due to the privacy and security reasons access to the SRO is available to permanents staff only. Once the University staff member has been granted access they will be able to login using their Novell User ID & Password.
