Policies and Procedures
The University is governed by the Swinburne University of Technology Act 1992. The Act stipulates that the University enact legislation (Statutes and Regulations) relating to the organisation and management of the University. Areas not covered by legislation are governed by policy.Swinburne's policy structure is governed by the University's Policy Framework, which establishes the hierarchy, definition and approval level of Swinburne's policy structure.
