About RMS
Records Management Services (RMS) objective is to provide the University with a service that enables staff to establish and maintain compliant, effective and efficient structures around document management. Through this the University achieves compliance with internal policies and procedures and statutory requirements. Our services include management of student and corporate records, legal agreements and contracts, consultancy, training, education and archiving. RMS is also responsible for Freedom of Information (FOI) Requests.

The success in this vision will require the establishment of meaningful document categories, effective retention and disposal processes, and the efficient process of storing and retrieving records"

Whats New
- Staff can now refresh their knowledge of TRIM with TRIM Refresher Training. Each module contains a video presentation and downloadable pdf manual. Records Management Services staff would be delighted to hear your feedback.
- No more hard copy faxes - New University Fax is coming and all incoming faxes will be sent electronically from RMS
- From 2012 onwards all TAFE student records are being scanned by SIC
- DVC's mail now scanned by RMS
