Quick Start Instructions

  1. Click this link to access the system
  2. Enter your SIMS username (your student ID number) and your SIMS password to login to Allocate+.

    Existing student SIMS password will be the password you enter into the SIMS Password Management Page within My.Swinburne when SIMS goes live.

  3. If the system is in Preference Entry mode enter your preferences against all Activity Groups associated with your enrolled subject(s) eg LE1, CL1, TU1etc. You must make a selection from each activity group. Click on the Submit Preferences button.
  4. Print off your preferences (if desired) then logout of the system. Please note that your "preferences" timetable is not final until after the sort process has been completed, click here to view the Allocate+ schedule.
  5. If the system is in Allocation Adjustment mode change your allocation by clicking on the chosen Pick Me link.
  6. Print out your allocations from the My Allocation link and logout of the system.
