The Timetable Office is responsible for booking all of the Swinburne University Higher Education rooms at the Hawthorn Campus. These include classrooms, lecture theatres and computer labs in BA, EN, AGSE, IRIS, SE and AS buildings.
Booking requests for the above mentioned locations can be made through an online Web Booking Request form. For Casual Room bookings please click on a location below.
These meeting rooms will be booked by the Higher Education Timetable Office from 1 October.It will be necessary to email Timetable@swin.edu.au to request a booking for either of the meeting rooms below. All email requests will be responded to promptly. As is currently the practice, any booking may be cancelled if the Deputy Vice Chancellor requires either or both of the rooms.
It is the responsibility of the person(s) making the room booking to organise any catering or AV assistance and to ensure the rooms are put back in their original configuration. Rooms that are left in an untidy state may result in no further bookings being accepted from that person/group.
