The Timetable Office is now responsible for all casual bookings at Swinburne University at all campuses. These include classrooms, lecture theatres, computer labs and some meeting rooms.
Booking requests can be made through an online Web Booking Request form or via email to timetable@swin.edu.au. Please ensure when sending through a booking you include the words "Casual Booking" in the subject line together with your Deptartment or Faculty. Casual room bookings for the SPW or SPS buildings need to be booked via a groupwise appointment. Should you need help with this please see the useful links or contact timetable@swin.edu.au.
These meeting rooms are booked by the Timetable Office. Please email timetable@swin.edu.au to request a booking for either of the meeting rooms below. All email requests will be responded to promptly. As is currently the practice, any booking may be cancelled if the Deputy Vice Chancellor requires either or both of the rooms.
It is the responsibility of the person(s) making the room booking to organise any catering or AV assistance and to ensure the rooms are put back in their original configuration. Rooms that are left in an untidy state may result in no further bookings being accepted from that person/group.
