Swinburne offers a range of open and enclosed spaces around all campuses that can be used for major events and incidental displays.
Available Spaces
Small foyer areas, undercover venues, selected walkways and small informal areas suitable for display boards or tables. Availability will vary depending on the University Calendar and suitability of use.

Some spaces have specific protocols that are required to be followed and must be in line with the Swinburne Event Space Usage Policy (Interim Guidelines).
Booking Procedures
Open and Enclosed areas can be booked for use by Swinburne staff and internal organisational units.
To submit a booking request, complete the Event Space Booking Request and Swinburne Event Planning Checklist for Where Alcohol is Served form(if applicable).
We ask that requests are received one week prior to the requested event date.
