Welcome to Swinburne University Timetabling


The Timetable Office is the central contact point for all matters relating to Timetabling within Swinburne University. The Timetable Office is responsible for the updating of both the Higher Education and TAFE teaching timetables that are produced throughout the year. Timetabling are also responsible for the booking of rooms at the Hawthorn Campus.

This site contains helpful information for staff members relating to all timetabling systems and procedures.

2010 Timetables

Higher Education Unit of Study
The 2010 Units of Study for Higher Education on offer for Semesters 1 & 2 and Terms 1-4 are now available via this link.
**Please note that Allocate will open for Semester 1 at 5pm on Friday 22 January 2010.

Audio Visual Equipment

Classroom audio visual equipment information can be viewed on the Information Technology Services web site.

 
Casual Booking Requests

Requests for casual room booking need be emailed to timetable@swin.edu.au with a descriptive subject e.g. "Booking for Progress Review Meetings" on 12/06/09, duration, type of room and contact person. All room bookings are subject to availabilty and if necessary be declined if a teaching actvitiy requires the space.

 
Student Bookings

The Timetable Office does not take room booking requests directly from students. Students should be directed to make requests through a member of staff if their booking is related to a unit. Please note that if a booking is on the behalf of a student, you will be held responsible if there is any damage to the room.

If you require information about the facilities within a room for booking or timetable purpose follow this link to the Room Management site. You will be asked for your OPAX information before entry.
