Welcome to Swinburne University Timetabling


The Timetable Office is the central contact point for all matters relating to Timetabling within Swinburne University. The Timetable Office is responsible for the updating of both the Higher Education and TAFE teaching timetables that are produced throughout the year. Timetabling are also responsible for the room booking throughout the Swinburne Campuses.

Allocate+ 2011 (Higher Education)

Allocate+ Summer Term is now closed, however classes can viewed here.

Higher Ed students can access Allocate+ via the Allocate+ Higher Education Student Entry link.


Allocate+ Staff Access
Allocate+ Staff access is available via the links above. Teaching staff will need their novell details or contact the Timetable Unit for access.

Audio Visual Equipment

Classroom audio visual equipment information can be viewed on the Information Technology Services web site.

 
Casual Booking Requests

Please address all casual room bookings to timetable@swin.edu.au with Casual Booking and Faculty or Department in the subject line. Please include in the email the reason for booking (including any relevant subject code), date, duration, type of room required (with any preference for room), campus and contact person. All room bookings are subject to availability and if necessary be declined if a teaching activity requires the space.

 
Student Bookings

The Timetable Office does not take room booking requests directly from students. Students should be directed to make requests through a member of staff if their booking is related to a unit. Please note that if a booking is on the behalf of a student, you will be held responsible if there is any damage to the room.

 
What's in a Room?

If you require information about the facilities within a room for a booking or timetable purpose, please go to the Room Management site. You will be asked for your OPAX information before entry.
