You can access Allocate+ by using the same account details as you do for other applications like

A+ help desk operates to assist students with any issues or queries in relation to using Allocate+.
The A+ help desk can be contacted on 9214 5540 from 10.00 a.m -12.00 noon and 2.00 p.m. - 4.00 p.m, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Please have your student ID number available when calling.
