Allocate Plus





 
Welcome to Allocate+ - Higher Education
 

Allocate+ is a web based class allocation system for Swinburne Higher Education students. This system is designed to simplify the process of creating a student timetable. Students are able to indicate their preferred attendance time slots for the Units in the standard semesters they are enrolled in, or place themselves in a class.

Allocate+ Schedule 2009

Dates for the Preference Entry and Allocation Adjustment modes for Allocate + 2009 Semesters and Terms are available now.

 
Semester Two - Term 4 Allocate+
Allocate+ Term 4 will be turned to Read Only on October 3rd 9am

Students who have enrolment or class clash problems will need to contact their Faculty. If you are experiencing difficulty in accessing Allocate+ please contact A+ Help.

 
New Access Format to Allocate+

As a new approach to streamline students accounts ITS has introduced the use of SIMS passwords. You can now access Allocate+ using yours SIMS password. But if you don’t know or haven’t set it up you can still use your Student ID and Date of Birth. (dd/mm/yyyy).

 

Web Browsers

With the introductions of the SIMS password ITS has recommended that if people are not using Explorer 7 then Mozilla Firefox can be used.

 

Students are reminded check this site on a regular basis for current status and  up-to-date information.

Allocate+ Help Desk
The HE Timetable Office is now operating an A+ help desk to assist students with any issues or queries in relation to using Allocate+.

The A+ help desk can contacted on 9214.4851 from 10.00 a.m -12.00 noon and 2.00 p.m. - 4.00 p.m, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Students are advised to have their student ID number available when calling the A+ help desk
 
Student Offical Email Address
Students are encouraged to use their official Swinburne email addresses when sending emails to Swinburne staff as non-official email addresses will be filtered as spam. As a result of this, students are no longer able to change their email address on Allocate+ and the default will be the official Swinburne email address.

bullet Email Forwarding
Students are able to forward their Swinburne email to the email address of their choice. If you encounter problems with forwarding your email, contact  ADS Helpdesk.
