Student Administration
Enquiries provides information to students, staff and approved
external bodies such as Centrelink about enrolment status, i.e.
if a student is enrolled, what a student is enrolled in, whether
a student is part-time or full time. In accordance with the Confidentiality
Policy, information about enrolments can only be provided to the
student concerned, appropriate staff, or approved external agencies.
If you require proof of your enrolment to obtain Youth Allowance
or AUSTUDY, you may request a status
letter.
Enrolments,
re-enrolments, amendment to enrolments, general service fees,
and timetables are managed at a Faculty level. If you are a Higher
Education student and you have a query about any of these matters,
you should contact your Faculty Office directly.
TAFE students
should contact a TAFE Student Administration Unit.
