Provision of executive support to Council and its attendant committees, the two Statutory Boards and their attendant committees and various University-wide boards and committees.

Policies, Procedures, Statutes and Regulations
Research and analysis on a wide range of educational policy and procedural issues including drafting of associated University-wide policy, procedures, statutes and regulations. Management of Swinburne's Policies & Procedures Directory and associated framework for the development of policies and procedures.

Advisory
Provision of reports, recommendations and advice for consideration by Chancellery and Swinburne Management. Preparation of advice and data to external agencies and Swinburne community as well as liaising with various internal and external groups.

Electoral Office
Organisation and administration of all University elections for Council, the Academic Board, Board of TAFE Studies and Swinburne Student Amenities Association.
