To make
a booking, please read the terms and conditions below and
then fill out the relevant sections. All bookings will be
processed on Thursday of each week. If you experience any
problems please contact the Student

Terms
and Conditions
| In order to facilitate increasing
demand for Swinburne representatives to attend school
and organisation activities, the following terms and conditions
apply to all bookings: |

Visit
requests/invites should be received a minimum of 4 weeks
prior to the event (6 weeks prior if you require academic
staff members to attend/present.) Where applicable, programs/order
of proceedings for events should be provided in conjunction
with requests/invitations. |

Accurate
estimates of attendance numbers (and other audience specifics
such as year levels, etc) is required before attendance
can be confirmed. |
 |
Combined
events (ie. those run in conjunction with other schools/organisations)
will be given priority during peak periods (especially
April – August). |
 |
Preference
will be given to events which conclude prior to 8pm. |
 |
In the interests of staff safety, we request that
consideration and advice be given for the following
OH&S issues:
- Directions to designated well lit car parks close
to the venue for the exhibitors;
- Provision of clear maps for venue location;
- Assistance from staff/students to help carry boxes
of brochures if there are stairs; and IT/Tech support
if presentations are required.
