Staff homepage

The look of the Staff homepage (www.swinburne.edu.au/staff) has been refreshed to incorporate dynamic, regularly-updated content to the current design. The dynamic Staff News and Events section sits side-by-side with existing links to staff resources like EWSS, Groupwise Email and the Internal Communications Directory.

All Swinburne staff can submit content for publication on the Staff News and Events section of the homepage via email to staffcomms@swin.edu.au. All content submissions must be approved by the Media and Communications Unit (MCU) before publication.

How to submit content to the Staff homepage

  • All content submissions and requests are to be emailed to staffcomms@swin.edu.au
  • Please include as much detail as possible. It will help us determine if the item is suitable for publication on the Staff homepage.
  • All submissions must include the name of the relevant contact person and campus.
  • Always include a link back to the relevant website, if available. This will direct readers to your website where they can obtain more information or make enquiries.
