Welcome to Swinburne Legal
Swinburne Legal is responsible for the provision of legal services to the University and its controlled entities. Some of the services we provide include:
- Legal Advice: providing verbal and written advice to University staff at all levels within the University.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documents.
- Dealing with subpoenas and assisting with privacy queries.
- Managing litigation and disputes involving the University.
