International and Development Operations
International and Development Operations supports the core business activities of the division through the management of systems that position Swinburne to maximise recruitment efforts and market share.
The unit ensures compliance with ESOS and the National Code, maintains quality assured business systems, and focuses on continuous improvement and customer service.
It is also the key provider of support services for international students designed to enhance their experience, including programs, activities, pastoral care and advice.
