Swinburne People Online (SPO)
SPO is for Swinburne employees and allows them to:
- view pay details
- download your payment summary (group certificate)
- request a leave booking
- change personal details
- view training history
- view team appointment details (managers only)
- access the Performance and Development system
The login for SPO uses the Swinburne Identity Management System (SIMS), this is the username and password you use to login to a Swinburne computer and email account.

Please note: All eligible Academic and General staff will receive a 3.1% salary increase from 1 March 2015. This increase will partially effect the pay due on 5 March, and then be in full effect for the pay due on 19 March 2015.
You can view this increase in your payslips through Swinburne People Online (SPO).

Then click on ‘My Pay’ > ‘Payroll details’ > ‘Current Payslip’
