The new Performance, Development and Rewards approach is being piloted by academic and general staff in the Higher Education and Research areas in 2008. The pilot starts with Step 1 – Develop your Performance Plan.
Pilot participants have attended training and received the guidelines document and quick reference card to help them participate in the process.
