VC's Introduction to PDR

In 2007, I introduced a bold vision of SUT in 2015. Key to achieving our vision and furthering our reputation as a forward-looking institution is a new approach being developed in 2008 to manage performance and development and reward excellence displayed by staff.

You will appreciate a critical change such as this requires careful consideration and involvement of staff across the University.   To develop and maintain awareness and understanding of the changes coming and how it will impact and benefit you, I am committed to facilitating good access to information about the new Performance, Development and Rewards approach.

This website will provide an up to date source of information for staff and mechanisms to contact the project team with feedback or input about the new Performance, Development and Rewards approach.
